I helped a client rewrite marketing letters that were sent to over 1,000 people. I made sure to give them great quality work and the confidence to send more letters. The marketing letters were created for different audiences, and my client wanted to highlight their services with great detail. I ensured that the copy would be accessible, readable, understandable, and informative.

  • The Editing Project Analysis

    My client provided me with marketing letters with substantial errors. I had to dissect every word, indent, and paragraph to ensure I gathered enough information to create a thorough analysis. This would help my client understand the changes being made to their documents.

  • Original Document 1

    This marketing letter was a For Sale by Owner marketing template, my client used before. They thought it was dense, uninteresting, and not helping them connect and inform future clients. There were grammatical errors, structural flaws and jargon that was unnecessary.

  • Edited Document 1

    The edited version of the For Sale by Owner template displayed the same information in a less overwhelming way. This was done through lists, reduction of jargon, change in tone, and sentence structure.

    My client had another template that was for a different audience. They wanted to share similar information as the other marketing letters. This document was difficult to read and understand, there was plenty of information but it was not displayed in a user friendly manner.

  • Edited Document 2

    The revised document was formatted differently to appeal to the audience better. The changes made were in style, correcting grammatical errors, and sentence structure.
